CyberSecurityUPandClaude Opus 4.8 5055957155 fix(web): collapse the pinned-leads line so it can't bury the live tabs ...

A /run that pins every lead (hundreds of agents) printed all of them inline
in the live header, flooding the viewport and pushing the Findings/Activity
tabs below the fold — the run looked stuck on one screen when it was simply
scrolled off. Collapse #livePinned to a count + preview with "+N more",
click to expand, capped height with scroll.
