- Graph tab: sidebar with per-finding filter + Overview; description panel
  shows finding details when selected; walk-based subgraph isolation
- Settings: single Config button opens modal with all LLM providers;
  removed redundant MCP Server card
- Issues: colored severity badges (critical/high/medium/low/info)
- Sidebar: removed key and terminal icons from footer
- Server: cloud environment overrides, vault & guardrails config endpoints
