        **Rules (enforced on review/automation):**
        - Each object must include **at least one** of:
          - `registration_number`
          - `transponder_code_hex` (6 hex chars)
          - `planequery_airframe_id`

        - `contributor_uuid` is derived from your GitHub account automatically.
