zarzet eeb010cd52 refactor(library): extract the ingestion store from library_database.dart ...

LibraryIngestionStore holds scan and incremental ingestion writes with
bodies unchanged. LibraryDatabase keeps thin delegating methods with the
same public signatures and passes in its connection and the lazy History
attachment. SQL text is unchanged.
