zarzet cbf41441ff refactor(android): move the library scan backend calls into MainActivityLibraryScanCalls.kt ...

MainActivity.kt should be the dispatcher only. The cover cache, folder
and SAF tree scan, and scan progress/cancel/pause/resume cases keep
their labels and order in the backend `when` and now call
MainActivity.handle<Name> functions in MainActivityLibraryScanCalls.kt.
Bodies move verbatim. Every handler takes (call, result) so the
dispatch lines stay uniform, even where a body ignores the call.
