TestCustomListener5353Binding bound 127.0.0.x:5353, the mDNS port, so
it failed on any Linux host running an mDNS responder such as avahi,
which holds *:5353, before the code under test ran. Nothing in the
listener code treats 5353 specially.

Use ports the test holds itself, and rename the test and its file after
what they cover: an explicit intercept listener binds unchanged, and an
occupied one, by UDP, TCP or both, fails instead of falling back.
