Dev Scribe fec2077409 fix(cli): redact the provision code in the intercept upgrade check line ...

`ctrld start --cd-org <code>` logged its arguments as-is in the debug line
`intercept upgrade check: args=[--cd-org <code> ...]`, so the code reached
the console with -v/-vv and any log that keeps debug lines. A provision code
enrolls endpoints into the organization until it expires or runs out.

redactedArgs formats the arguments through redactSecrets with
provisionSecrets, which covers --cd-org and both parts of --cd, in either
flag form. The line keeps the other arguments.
