docs: Apply global fixes for v0.7.0 Temporal architecture

- Replace docker-compose.temporal.yaml → docker-compose.yml
- Replace Temporal UI port :8233 → :8080
- Replace repository URL fuzzforge.git → fuzzforge_ai.git
