test(clean): copied-install fixtures and the dependency list carry lib/result-codes-clean.ts

The remote pregate failed 11 cases in gstack-doctor, plan-tune-cathedral and
timeline-stop-hook-slug: each copies an explicit list of lib/result-codes-*.ts
files into a temp install, and lib/result-codes.ts now imports
./result-codes-clean. Same lists GSTA-168 extended for result-codes-eval.
