All three now use that rule and name what may never be shortened (design: Step 0, Step 0.5 mockups unless the user opted out, Passes 1-7; devex: Step 0 with persona/empathy/benchmark/magical moment/TTHW, Passes 1-8). s04 F1 noted the same block in the s05 files; the design copy is a manual merge of s05 M2 (drops 'non-negotiable', which contradicted the user's explicit 'skip mockups' opt-out).
