remove: delete journey-think-bigger routing test

Never passed reliably. Tests ambiguous routing ("think bigger" →
plan-ceo-review) but Claude legitimately answers directly instead
of invoking a skill. The other 10 journey tests cover routing
with clear, actionable signals.
