 - **`scripts/resolvers/preamble/generate-ask-user-format.ts`**: office-hours' `Q<N>` form and "a free-text reply answers the most recent unanswered `Q<N>`" move into one `### Open-ended questions` subsection appended to the AskUserQuestion section. The form's template and Q-numbering text are unchanged; its lead-in now also carries what the Layout line used to say, "use this form instead of a `D<N>` brief" and the free-text routing rule. Other skills render byte-identically.
