v1.92.40.0 ship-budget: a subagent's /ship cost says it is the root counter, an upper bound (GST-467) (#3696)
* gstack-ship-budget start --meter-scope self|tree: label tree-scoped cost lines, refuse METER_SCOPE_PARENT (GST-467) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * ship-budget: a ledger rebuilt from its record keeps meter_scope=tree; document the cap on a tree run Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * ship-budget: a re-start asking for tree upgrades an open run; tree labels reach the return file, drift and reconcile lines; reading-missing fix names the subagent route Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs/ship-budget.md: GSTACK_SHIP_SUBAGENT=1 stands in for --subagent only Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> --------- Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> |

v1.92.14.0 feat: a .gstack-project file makes a nested repo or umbrella folder its own project (#2649, #1923) (#3777)
* feat: a .gstack-project marker makes a nested repo or umbrella folder its own project (#2649, #1923) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test: marker tests ignore an ambient GSTACK_STATE_ROOT Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes (per-repo records ignore every marker, worktree binding in remote-slug and under a git HOME) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(slug): a linked worktree finds its main checkout's marker on its first run The worktree binding was written only when the main checkout resolved, so a worktree outside an umbrella resolved first kept its old bucket and later switched. Walk up from the main checkout on a miss instead (under its own $HOME rule) and drop the binding file. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs/test: pregate user policy names REPO_SLUG; pin greptile consent to REPO_SLUG Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(slug): no-clobber checkpoint recovery, unambiguous marker cache keys, ignore unusable folder names; remote-slug resolves once Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(slug): remote-slug reads a quoted marker path; repo mode stays per repository Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(slug): the review log and /ship spend-cap pointer stay with the repository under a marker; recovered checkpoints keep their repository; a linked worktree's own marker stands for its main checkout Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(captain): approvals live under the repository's own slug Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> --------- Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> |

v1.91.358.0 review: targeted read-only pass on money, gate, auth and secret code (GST-257 part 1, report-only) (#3671)
* review: targeted read-only pass on money, gate, auth and secret diffs (GST-257 part 1, report-only) lib/review-targeted.ts classifies a diff's added and deleted lines into money, gate, auth and secret (token-bounded, docs and tests excluded, fails closed to all four). gstack-review-plan prints TARGETED and dispatches one read-only targeted reader at full effort when a class hits; review/specialists/targeted.md is its brief. The receipt records review_targeted bound to product_patch_id, a carry keeps it, and gstack-ship-queue ready / train build print a report-only REVIEW_TARGETED line that refuses nothing. No-loss evidence: the dispatch-superset test in test/review-targeted.test.ts runs gstack-review-plan on 18 fixture diffs and requires every reviewer main dispatched at |

v1.91.325.0 fix(ship-budget): thresholds above the host call floor; children hand off instead of stopping; batches admit a prefix (GSTA-167) (#3620)
* fix(ship-budget): calibrate projections from the run's own meter, settle dispatch reservations when reviewers return (GST-101) The /ship budget projected every step and dispatch from fixed constants (7.43M per dispatch, 2.25M per default step) plus a fixed 4.48M reserve, so real caps refused work that cost 3-20x less (GSTA-152 PR B, GSTA-2). Each settled reservation is now measured on the next reading, and the run projects with its own factor (max actual/prior of its last three measurements x 1.5), the prior only before the first measurement. The default tail reserve scales with the step factor; the stop overhead keeps its fit. Reservations of reviewers admitted one at a time no longer pile up: check --returned settles named dispatches, --finish settles the pass's dispatches of that step, and a step change settles consumed dispatches. DRIFT and BUDGET_DRIFT lines print projected against actual. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes (GST-101) Unseen charges (settle --unknown, a Claude-metered outside voice) are booked at their reservation and never measured, so they cannot shrink the dispatch factor. The handoff holds back the same calibrated reserve as check, so a delegate verdict is one the handoff admits. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(ship-budget): handoff sub-cap subtracts unknown charges and the calibrated reserve Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * chore: changelog (Unreleased) for GST-101 ship-budget calibration Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(ship-budget): give the GSTA-152 PR B replay an explicit 120s timeout It spawns about 100 CLI processes; on windows-latest it ran past the shard runner's 30s per-test timeout (windows-free-shard 5, run 40917695070), and on 2 cores it sat at bare bun test's 5s default. v1.91.324.0 fix(ship-budget): project steps and reviewers from the run's own spend, settle reviewers when they return (GST-101) (#3614)
