ship accept: record-ci bound from base ci_record_timeout_s; say when the final pregate ran tests here (GST-1606) (#4065)
* test: failing-first accept record-ci timeout from base policy and no-carry pregate line (GST-1606) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * feat(ship): accept bounds record-ci by base ci_record_timeout_s and says when the final pregate ran tests here (GST-1606) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs: ci_record_timeout_s and accept-local-tests (GST-1606) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes The accept record-ci timeout test's run profile, tree.json os and workflow runner follow the host, so the accepted-carry case holds on macOS too (fromRunProfiles matches the profile os to the host; a runner for another OS is a platform lane). review-plan: a docs claim added after the loop plans one targeted-only reader (GST-1598) (#4062)
* test: failing-first repro for GST-1598 (post-review docs money delta has no targeted-only reader) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * review-plan: a docs claim added after the loop plans one targeted-only reader (GST-1598) After a finished review loop, a docs change with a money, security or numeric claim left the receipt unable to carry the targeted record and the plan at done, so nothing could dispatch the reader the receipt asks for (harness-evals #225). With --range-base naming the commit the targeted reader read and --targeted-ran its patch, a docs-only change since then now plans NEXT: targeted: one targeted reader on HEAD for the head classes, with TARGETED_DELTA printed. Code changes keep done; --force targeted refuses and names the route; gstack-review-dispatch pass builds the one-reader manifest. Repins lib/review-depth.ts under replay GST-1598 (one Step union member; the GST-967 and GST-972 grids hash unchanged). Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * review-targeted-delta: pass the base to plainDocsSince (GST-1598 after #4058) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes targetedDelta counts a path whose branch hunks are unchanged and only the base moved lines beside them (comparePath context) as unchanged, so a main merge next to a reviewed hunk no longer hides the targeted-only read (GST-1598). ship accept: a lanes-only head policy gates the final tree; owner-granted test-lane exception (GST-1595) (#4061)
* ship accept: a lanes-only head policy gates the final tree; name bun-hidden JUnit suites; owner-granted test-lane exception (GST-1595) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes Each excepted file is preflighted on its own and must run a counted test; the preflighted files count toward the lane's tests_ran; grants are kept per head and file set; lanesOnlyHeadPolicy compares .gstack/generated.json with the fork copy. investigate: opt-in gate that holds root cause before fix, through Bash too (GST-1461) (#4045)

fix(ubi-runner): an ambiguous create arms teardown only once this call's ssh key opens the VM (GST-1463) (#4046)
* fix(ubi-runner): an ambiguous create arms teardown only once this call's ssh key opens the VM (GST-1463) With an explicit -n name a second caller can take the name between the 404 name check and the create; if our create's 409 was lost (000), the by-name lookup adopted that caller's VM and teardown destroyed it. Teardown is now off from an ambiguous create answer on and armed only when this call's key opens the VM within UBI_SSH_WAIT; otherwise up keeps the record and bundle, exits UBI_CREATE_UNKNOWN and leaves the VM to its TTL, and run reports left=unknown. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: ubi-runner ssh proof offers only this call's key (IdentitiesOnly=yes) The ownership proof after an ambiguous create counted any ssh success, and ssh also offered agent and default ~/.ssh keys beside -i, so a holder VM that accepted one of them was armed and destroyed. Failing-first test: the fake agent holds the holder's key. Review-Finding: p1/specialist-batched#1 reader=specialist-batched Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: ubi-runner ownership proof ignores ssh config identities (-F /dev/null) IdentitiesOnly=yes still offers IdentityFile and CertificateFile entries from ssh config, so the proof after an ambiguous create could pass on a holder VM that accepts a configured key. The unproven proof now runs with -F /dev/null; the normal path keeps the user's config. Failing-first: the fake ssh config holds the holder's key. * fix(ubi-runner): an API error is never read as success on the money path (GST-1441)
A refused create disarms teardown, a 5xx/unanswered create is looked up by

after the child merged main starts at its own merge base, not at the parent.

* test(ship): stacked-parent loop-exception matrix over merge order, parent state and fix-check head (GST-1399)
28 cells: the child merged main before the parent landed, after, or never; the parent landed by squash, by squash
with a later main edit of its lines, with a release fold, or not at all; the fix-check head is before any merge, the
merge, or after it. Every cell runs the postinstall and stamp_paths probes (parent changes main never took, edited
after the fix-check) and a control run (the child's own file and a main-only file edited after the fix-check).

test-impact: tracer and reuse keys for free tests; pregate keeps main's always-run list (GST-167 PR 2, GST-233) (#3801)
* test-impact: tracer and reuse keys for free tests; pregate keeps main's always-run list
GST-167 PR 2: lib/test-impact/{trace,key}.ts and scripts/test-impact.ts trace a free test file under strace and key it at a tree over its read set, import closure, lockfile, configs, runner and key code and runtime; anything uncertain is ineligible. Nothing in CI changes yet.
GST-233: pregate unions the merge base's .gstack/always-run.json with the branch's, so a branch cannot drop main's whole-tree tests.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: pre-landing review fixes (untracked reads ineligible, tool bytes and runner imports in the key)
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: adversarial review fixes (creation proof, PATH reads, bound loopback endpoints, unix sockets, env and runtime binding, future traces)
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: graph checkout ignores the tree's export attributes; the tracer runs the free runner's own command and sandbox
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: write the graph's tree copy blob by blob so .gitattributes can't rewrite or hide files

* fix: refuse unsafe tree paths before materializeTree writes; trace the CLI key test on the real runtime
materializeTree now checks every path before writing: a .., . or .git segment, an empty segment, a backslash, a duplicate path or an entry under a symlink entry refuses the tree, and symlinks are written last. Failing-first tests on

fix(evals): the Codex removed-rule arm really removes the rule from installed skills (GST-840) (#3816)
* fix(evals): Codex removed-rule arm strips the rule from the installed skills (GST-840)
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(evals): copy linked directories inside a skill before stripping the rule; record the harness decision (GST-840)
/ship review found readdirSync({ recursive: true }) follows linked
subdirectories, so a rule file under a linked directory inside a real
skill directory would have been deleted and rewritten in the checkout.
Every linked directory on the way to a rule file is now copied first,
with a failing-first test row. The harness-version manifest records
codex-host-runner.ts as non-behavioral: only the manual removed arm
on the Codex host changes.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* test: keep the Codex safety-arm test off Windows, and spawn its probe with bunIsolationArgs (GST-840)
windows-free-shard 3 (run 41336347706) failed every case: native Bun on
Windows cannot open --config=/dev/null, and the test builds a symlinked
~/.codex/skills install that needs Developer Mode the runners lack.
./setup --host codex copies instead of linking on Windows, so the strip
only matters on POSIX. The probe now uses bunIsolationArgs().

test: remove the AI scorer that grades skill prose for clarity (freeze repair, GST-1371) (#4009)
* test: remove the skill-prose clarity LLM judges (GST-1371) Removes the 21 eval cases where an LLM scored a skill's instruction text for clarity, completeness and actionability, with their registrations, input builders, response cache, calibration corpora, the cookie-workflow manual-review approval and scripts/judge-controls.ts. The three remaining skill-llm-eval judges keep their prompts, thresholds and samples; the file's supervision wall shrinks to fit them. Outcome judges are untouched. v1.94.37.0 feat(ci): pull requests reuse a green Free Tests run they can't control (GSTA-258 L4 plan E) (#3930)
* feat(ci): pull requests reuse a green Free Tests run they can't control (GSTA-258 L4, plan E) A pull_request run of free-tests.yml reuses a green push or dispatch run on main, or a dispatch run on its own branch, at the merge commit's exact tree, only when the merge commit leaves the workflow, scripts/ci-tree-reuse.ts and lib/run-evidence.ts byte-identical to main. A pull_request run is never a source. Opt-in per workflow with find --pull-request; windows-free-tests.yml is unchanged. v1.94.31.0 fix(browse): Playwright 1.64.1 (Chromium 156) for the macOS sandbox-escape CVE; handoff honors GSTACK_CHROMIUM_PATH (#3947)
* test(browse): failing tests for #3907 (handoff ignores GSTACK_CHROMIUM_PATH; bundled Chromium predates CVE-2026-106378 fix) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(browse): handoff honors GSTACK_CHROMIUM_PATH (#3907) handoff() always launched Playwright's bundled Chromium, so a GSTACK_CHROMIUM_PATH browser dropped back to the bundle at handoff. It now passes executablePath like launch() and launchHeaded(), skips the poisoned-bundle probe and XProtect heal for a custom path, and never loads the extension into a build that bakes it in. Co-authored-by: merit-blake <265362871+merit-blake@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(deps): Playwright 1.64.1 (Chromium 156) for CVE-2026-106378 (#3907) Playwright 1.62.1 bundled Chromium 151.0.7922.34, which lacks the macOS GPU-process TCC fix (Chromium 0c2f3e54b265, crbug.com/507596239). 1.64.1 bundles 156.0.8078.4, which has it. The playwright-core patch is regenerated from our 1.62.1 patch: the launch windowsHide and TcpPortRandomizationWin hunks carry over unchanged; the taskkill hunk is dropped because 1.64 passes windowsHide there upstream. Co-authored-by: merit-blake <265362871+merit-blake@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * chore(pregate): map patches/** to the playwright-core patch test Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(browse): name the 1.64.1 patch file in the TcpPortRandomizationWin check Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(changelog): fragment for Playwright 1.64.1 and handoff GSTACK_CHROMIUM_PATH (#3907) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(troubleshooting): GSTACK_CHROMIUM_PATH covers headed browse and handoff Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(browse): the retired 1.62.1 patch stays deleted Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> --------- Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: merit-blake <265362871+merit-blake@users.noreply.github.com> |

v1.94.30.0 review: risk-scaled review depth, today's panel by default (GSTA-258 build C) (#3920)
* fix(ship): base merges, adjacent base edits, test-only and audit-requested fixes no longer force a second review loop (GST-407, GST-384, GST-391) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * ship driver: trim two phrases for headroom with #3662 Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * ship driver: keep the Next steps heading phrase the handoff check reads; trim elsewhere Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test: regenerate ship goldens Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes comparePath returns same only when every hunk sits where the base change puts it (patch-ids ignore positions) and treats a file-mode change as changed; the scoped-review packet says when a fence is truncated; --docs-result must be the posted audit's result; the --context-reviewed record goes beside the packet, outside the worktree. Negative controls for each. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pass-2 review fixes A test edit routes as tests= only when it adds lines with no gate tag; a removed or changed line or an unreadable test diff goes through the full loop. Diffs skip textconv. A hunkless patch (binary, empty, mode-only) is same when its patch-id matches. Without --reviewed-base test files route as before. finish's packet path and attempt's state directory have fallbacks. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: Step 11 review fixes; a version-only stamp_files edit after review is release metadata (GBRA-251) gateEditedPaths reads removed lines only inside hunks; carry refuses when a path listing fails; docs freshness stops on a failed listing; attempt counts an unreadable state file. releasePaths includes stamp_files paths whose edit is a version swap under stamp_patterns. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: no test edit skips review; guard packet writes; exclusive attempt state A test-only edit with no gate tag gets the scoped fix-check of its test hunks instead of a lanes-only rerun. Packet write failures print a STOP or RECEIPT_CARRY_REFUSED. attempt's allowance uses an exclusive create. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: attempt prints gstack's install command; carry checks the product diff outside context paths The attempt STOP no longer echoes the audit child's fix text. A scoped-review carry now requires the product patch-id without the context paths to match at both heads. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: oversized packets take the full loop; exact --docs-requested match; name-only test globs only in test dirs A scoped-review packet section over 200 lines sends that path to the full loop instead of a truncated packet. The docs-result path match is exact. test_*.py, *Test.java and similar count as test code only under a test directory. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(unattended): carry's scoped-review refusal and what it keeps Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs: carry's scoped-review route in ship-policy, review-policy and troubleshooting (docs-a-1) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(windows): curate ship-rereview-triggers out of the Windows lane like ship-release (run 41193336209) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(review-log): record a notes-only /ship pass clean; name the cause and repair when a pass's tree moved (GST-430) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(receipt): carry and write handle PRs with thousands of files; tree receipt fails closed on a failed diff (GST-448) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ship): preflight routes RECEIPT_CARRY_SCOPED_REVIEW to the scoped review; carry --dry-run writes no packet (GST-442) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs(ship): Step 1.4 and Step 16 route the scoped-review refusal and the --docs-requested fix; trims keep the cap (GST-442, GST-444) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: /ship review pass 1: notes-only floor, scoped carry order, named temp and diff refusals - A notes-only pass is recorded clean only when every finding is fixed, or noted or deferred below the blocking floor (never CRITICAL or blocking), by its logger-stamped action, and the findings account for the claimed issue and critical counts (GST-430). - The preflight scoped carry route commits and pushes the base-merge fix before writing the packet (GST-442). - patchId refuses by name on an unwritable TMPDIR; the tree receipt names why its diff failed (GST-448). - Step 16 stage 3 spells out --docs-requested with its --docs-result (GST-444). Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test: pin the Step 16 --docs-requested route with its --docs-result Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: a claimed clean review row with a logger-stamped open gate finding reads UNVERIFIED (red-team, pass 1) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: Step 11 findings: gate rows from --findings are stamped, one open rule, stale patch-id dirs swept - deriveFromFindings stamps gate rows with the session kind before deriving status, so a findings file cannot dispose of a gate finding the unattended logger forces open (outside-voice#1). - reviewFreshness reads a claimed row's findings with isOpenByAction, the rule the notes-only rewrite uses; noted and deferred clear a finding only when it is marked blocking: false and is not CRITICAL. - patchId sweeps gstack-patch-id-* directories over an hour old that a killed carry left in TMPDIR. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: Step 11 round 2: stamped-open gates win over status and disposition; resolved gate, skipped and below-floor actions stay CURRENT - isOpenFinding treats action 'open' (the logger's forced-open stamp) as open before a row's status or disposition. - reviewFreshness flags a claimed clean row only for an 'open' action or a CRITICAL or blocking deferral or note, so interactive kept and restored gates, skipped advisories and INFORMATIONAL deferrals read CURRENT as before. Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: carry dry run offers the scoped route last; patch-id diff under the git dir; changelog matches the review-log floor Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: a claimed clean review row with any unresolved non-gate CRITICAL finding reads UNVERIFIED (pass 2 red-team) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * docs: carry dry-run scoped route, patch-id directory, tree-receipt refusal (docs-d-1 audit) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ship): Step 3 names merge conflicts in its STOP sentence again (ship-workflow-clarity pin) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(tree-receipt): keep the gated-to-current diff at the file helper timeout (60 s); pregate literals check Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(carry): large-diff fixture sets core.longpaths so Git for Windows can add its long receipt paths (windows-free-shard 1, run 41210080055) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(review): a stale local base branch yields to its origin twin in gate-diff and diff-scope (GST-462) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ship): Step 11 saves the targeted record and the receipt writes carry it; Step 9 clears it (GST-464) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * changelog: GST-464 and GST-462 Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(review): pass 1: ahead and diverged labels, diff-scope needs shared history; preflight refreshes origin/<base> and stops on a diff far beyond the PR (GST-462, HARN-15) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pass-2 review fixes for base twin, prSized stop and targeted record Resolve the tracking twin by refs/remotes/<remote>/<ref> and only for a bare branch name, keep a local base that is ahead or diverged, quote the prSized stop's base and name the fork case, and have every Step 9 entry create, exclude and clear .gstack/tmp/targeted.json. v1.94.20.0 test(review): one file per review and harness pin, so independent repins merge cleanly (GST-1084) (#3903)
* test(review): one file per review and harness pin, so independent repins merge cleanly (GST-1084)
The reviewer-brief pins move from the table in test/review-packets-removed.test.ts to
test/fixtures/review-pins/{files,replays,brief-bodies}/*.json, and the harness pins from
scripts/harness-version.json to scripts/harness-pins/<path>.json. Every entry is ported
unchanged. New tests prove a stale pin still fails and that two repins of different pins
merge cleanly with a real git merge-tree.

* fix: pre-landing review fixes (GST-1084)
- unadmitted() and the specialist coverage use Object.hasOwn, so an inherited name such as toString is not an admitted replay
- MUST_PIN names every non-specialist reviewer source; deleting one of those pins now fails
- writeManifest writes the pins before the manifest head; pin parse errors name the file
- mergePinEdits removes its repository when setup throws, and the merge tests clean up every merge they made

* feat(flaky): gstack-flaky run reruns a failed JUnit test once and ledgers the flake (GSTA-158)
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(flaky): stream output, keep unreported runner failures red, fail-closed duplicates and nonzero reruns
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: pre-landing review fixes
gstack-flaky never greens an incomplete run: a targeted rerun needs the
runner's summary proving the first run complete, otherwise (and always for
generic runners) the rerun repeats the whole command. A rerun clears a test
only when it exits 0 and the test passes once on its first attempt. Killed
runners exit 3 (FLAKY_COMMAND_KILLED) and signals are forwarded. The first
report is restored at --junit with reruns kept beside it; ids are redacted at
every output; the ledger gets its own GSTACK_FLAKE_LEDGER_JUNIT; fixtures are
registered in FREE_FIXTURES.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: latch cancellation and check whole-command rerun reports
A cancel forwarded to a runner that traps the signal now counts as killed for
every later attempt, so a cancelled job is never rerun or greened. A
whole-command rerun clears nothing when its report has a failed test, misses a
first-run test, or its runner counted failures outside the report.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix: whole-command rerun when coverage or runner-flaky tests can fail the run
A coverage threshold or a fail-on-flaky policy fails a run for a reason a
narrowed rerun cannot reproduce, so either forces a whole-command rerun.
--junit refuses an existing file that is not a JUnit report instead of
deleting it.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* feat(flaky): rerun the whole command by default; targeted rerun is opt-in
A rerun counts only on the runner's own full green verdict: exit 0, no failed
or missing test, nothing counted outside the report. That covers every way a
run can fail, which a narrowed rerun cannot (a coverage threshold with an lcov
reporter, a fail-on-flaky policy, a test never reached). --rerun-scope test
reruns the failed test alone, with its preconditions documented and the
complete-run checks kept as a safety net. An unreadable existing --junit file
is a usage error, not a crash.

* docs: gstack-flaky CHANGELOG entry and standalone-binaries row (GSTA-158)

* feat(flaky): quarantine registry for repeat flakes (GSTA-158 P2)

* fix(flaky): bound renewal dates; match non-ASCII paths in check --base
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(flaky): reword the FLAKY_QUARANTINE_BASE hint so the egress scanner does not read it as a network op
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* test(agent-sdk): every SDK caller passes the claude_code preset or names why not
The SDK's default system prompt is a bare stub that drops the line telling the
model to run /skill through the Skill tool. runAgentSdkTest now refuses a
missing, empty or bare-string prompt; non-preset callers name a reason; a free
tripwire scans test/ and scripts/ for the same mistake.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* test: record the SDK prompt guard as a non-behavioral harness change and baseline its tripwire
harness-version: runAgentSdkTest validates systemPrompt before starting; every
live caller already passed the claude_code preset, so no verdict can change.
test-of-test ratchet: the tripwire's subject is the eval harness by design.

* docs: name the preset literal callers pass and the unnamed-prompt refusal
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* feat(eval-plan): frontier models under test (R54)
Haiku and Sonnet are not models under test. dry-run refuses a plan whose every
arm is Haiku or Sonnet unless --tier-question names what it asks about that
tier, warns on a mix, and re-costs the plan on Opus 5.5 and GPT-6.1 Sol.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(eval-plan): trim R54 skill prose and raise the eval-plan context ceiling
The R54 paragraph and CHECK: frontier bullet were cut to the minimum; the
exemptions and verdict rule stay in docs/TESTING_INTERNALS.md. The remaining
growth is the feature, so only the eval-plan eager ceiling moves (4887 -> 5458,
the capture helper's value); other skills' ceilings are left as they were.
Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(eval-plan): pilot start keeps the R54 refusal; --tier-question rejects a flag
Review pass 1 (full depth) found the frontier refusal could be skipped by
starting a pilot on Haiku or Sonnet arms behind a dry run made on other arms,
or behind a dry-run.json written before the check existed. startPilot now
refuses a pilot whose every arm is Haiku or Sonnet unless its dry run recorded
a tier question. dry-run --tier-question no longer takes the next flag as its
answer. The testing doc now says the frontier re-cost is printed for
comparison with the brief cap, not enforced.

* fix(review-depth): gate-class Step 11 voices run before any cap stop; --grant runs the owner's fix-check (GST-967) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(review-depth): GST-967 dispatch-superset no-loss check; repin review-depth and the two ship sections to it Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(review-depth): GST-967 invariant over every transitions-table state Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fixes (GST-967 Step 11: grant row names review_loop_exception, a fix-check never earns another, voices route queued blockers to the plan) Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix: pre-landing review fix (GST-967 round 2, granted a-a09a908e77c2): a grant names review_loop_grant and its stop head, bound by --range-base Co-authored-by: capy-ai[bot] <230910855+capy-ai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ship): keep the repeat decision's NEXT map sentence intact (GST-967) test/ship-control-flow.test.ts pins the sentence ending `done` 4.; the voices route now follows it as its own sentence.
