Local telemetry infrastructure for gstack usage tracking. gstack-telemetry-log appends JSONL events with skill name, duration, outcome, session ID, and platform info. Supports off/anonymous/community privacy tiers. gstack-analytics renders a personal usage dashboard from local data.
