* test(review): a blocker in an exception clause after a negated severity word collects at its label (GSTA-167 S1, failing first)

Adds the six exception-clause probes that collect nothing on 8cef24ce, GST-435's label-keeping probes and fixtures (PR #3703, read as text), and turns GST-766's negated-label test into a kept-label test.
