#3920 (GSTA-258 build C) conflicts, resolved mechanically:
- bin/gstack-ship-receipt: keep this branch's ship-recheck import beside main's
  depth import (now with platformReceiptDepth) and review-risk import; the help
  keeps --no-stop beside main's --declare-risk and --platform-review.
- review-army pin: both sides repinned ship/sections/review-army.md, which merged
  cleanly; repin it to the merged bytes under a combined GSTA-258-C+GSTA-258-L4
  replay (pin-file recipe, GSTA-202).
