garrytanandcapy-ai[bot] 0fb865b929 fix: pre-landing review fixes ...

Own-property signal lookups so a logged choice such as constructor cannot
break every later --derive; --trace replaces control characters in the
fields it prints; tests for the negative clamp, empty session_id, an
unmatched answer and both fixes; docs and CHANGELOG say the bound keys on
the writer session_id.
