garrytan 488fc72835 test(ci): read the host-run Codex eval job's docker env, mounts and uploads ...

eval-codex-slices runs on the host and passes its executor env through docker
-e flags and HOME through a $RUNNER_TEMP/eval-home mount. The evidence and
coordination tests now map those back to the container view instead of
assuming job.container, and the job's native-capture upload carries the
qa-callers paths like the other executors.
