garrytanandcapy-ai[bot] 91d2131c4c fix(review-scope): an abandoned review pass is left out of the receipt's counts, by name (GST-1168, GBEV-3) 
A pass whose dispatch ledger was never judged and that no review-log row names (the pass a lane abandoned and restarted) no longer adds its collected findings to blocking_found and unrecorded; the summary prints REVIEW_SCOPE_VOIDED for it. A judged pass with no row stays unbound, as before.
