Repo-owned list of ~50 high-frequency technical terms (idempotent, race condition, N+1, backpressure, etc.) that gstack glosses on first use in tier-≥2 skill output. Baked into generated SKILL.md prose at gen-skill-docs time. Terms not on this list are assumed plain-English enough. Contributions via PR.
