17 new tests:
- cleanup defaults to --all on empty args
- CLEANUP_SELECTORS overlays category (paywall, newsletter, interstitial)
- Major ad networks in selectors (doubleclick, taboola, criteo, etc.)
- Major consent frameworks (OneTrust, Cookiebot, TrustArc, Quantcast)
- !important override for inline styles
- Scroll unlock (body overflow:hidden)
- Blur removal (paywall content blur)
- Article truncation removal (max-height)
- Empty placeholder collapse
- gstack-ctrl indicator skip in sticky cleanup
- setActionButtonsEnabled function
- Buttons disabled when disconnected
- No error spam from cleanup/screenshot when disconnected
- CSS disabled styles for action buttons
