test/design-lint-seventh-cycle.test.ts (13 tests) pins the stray-tag tail,
the shadow-layer split, the JSX generic and ancestor-closing cases, the
one-mode token table, the per-file component claims under both scopes with
their own suspected rules, the stylesheet beside components, the Reporter
file key, outline: none, the sign-in form, the shared tracking ceiling and
the missing-stylesheet warning. docs/design-lint.md: the token block and its
mode overrides, the stray-tag note, the component-directory claim scope,
the email-band exclusions, the missing-sheet warning and zero-chroma-neutrals
as a fourth narrow reading.
