* fix(land): close land's /proc environment to merged_checks (GST-1421)
A merged check could read land's exec-time environment (GitHub token
included) through /proc/$PPID/environ or a /proc scan. On Linux land now
makes itself non-dumpable before the first check and refuses to run them
when it cannot. macOS (ps -E) is documented as still readable.
