codex render: porcelain unchanged AND out-dir gstack-ship/SKILL.md byte-identical to a fresh in-place render (+openai.yaml presence); --host all render: exit 0, porcelain unchanged, claude + .agents + .factory + llms.txt + openclaw docs all present in the out-dir.
