- H1/H2: the skip list names the current headings ('Step 0: Detect platform
  and base branch', 'Design Outside Voices (independent)'); the old names
  never matched, risking a duplicate base-branch detection or outside-voice pass.
- H3: the DX journey map is the 6-stage table from Step 0F, not 9 stages.
- H4: the DX checklist names Step 0 'DX Investigation' and scores only after
  the evidence exists, as plan-devex-review requires.
- H5 (manual merge): the eng test-plan artifact uses the eng skill's
  {user}-{branch}-eng-review-test-plan-{datetime}.md name under
  $GSTACK_STATE_ROOT/projects/$SLUG (consistent with s04 F3).
- M5: the Decision Audit Trail separator has 7 columns to match its header.
No test pins the removed text. Three autoplan PTY cases fail under Bun 1.3.14
and pass under Bun 1.4.0. expected red until the regeneration commit
