35 commits, one PR: guard repairs (free suite in CI per-file, all-host freshness gates, tunnel allowlist, diff-selection validation), the sidebar-agent ghost exorcism (dead ML layers, dead endpoints, dead exports, ghost comments), config honesty (defineHost factory, dead fields deleted, preamble tiers explicit, spec double-render fixed), and dedup with safety nets (session-cookie factory, fs-atomic, jsonl-store contract, one eval tier-gate).
