garrytanandcapy-ai[bot] 87796fe415 fix(capy-install): a failed launch-file write removes only its own temp file ...

The failure path ran rm -f "$LAUNCH_FILE".tmp.*, which also deleted the temp
file a concurrent installer run (two threads on one machine, same verdict
path) was about to mv, so that run lost its launch file too. write_launch_file
now cleans up its own $tmp and returns 1; the caller only reports. The file's
comment no longer embeds the state-root path (a newline in GSTACK_STATE_ROOT
could have ended the comment).
