CHANGELOG entry moves to changelog.d/gsta-167-turns.md; CHANGELOG.md stays at
main's version. ship/SKILL.md.tmpl keeps the branch's Step 3 text with main's
"Steps 12-16"; ship/SKILL.md and the four ship goldens regenerated.
