Keeps main's result-codes-autoplan and this PR's result-codes-browse in lib/result-codes.ts, pr-dependencies and the fixture copy lists; regenerates bin/gstack-doctor-components.sh. BROWSE_TAB_UNRECOVERABLE moves into result-codes-browse.ts so lib/result-codes.ts stays within the 800-line module ratchet. GSTA-227
