John Firebaugh 5ea855e18d Replace Graph#fetch with Graph#childNodes ...

Having two kinds of Ways (fetched and non-fetched)
introduced some accidental complexity. This brings things
more in line with how parentWays/parentRelations work.

Fixes #73.
