Tobias cb4b64e2c9 crossing: Add kerb to all vertex crossings ...

The convention is, to tag this on the node _and_/_or_ on the separate `barrier=kerb+kerb=*` node when the path is mapped separately.
It should be part of all crossing vertex presets.
