First, congrats for all the work!
Is it possible to get the output video more similar to the picture? I think It is merging source video and picture too much; so, finally you dont get the feeling that output face is close to what you would like... output face is not the original one but it is not similar enough to end image. Many thanks.

Exactly my thought. I would like that the final result could look a bit more like the "new" person. I think you can see too much of the "old" person face... Did you manage to do it, somehow?
