I get this error on the final step when it attempts to generate my output.

I remeber that I encountered some errors like this before, and I solved this by inputting a square image. Hope this would help you~

Thank you, i believe it did solve the "shape" issue, however the constant error of "RGB" remains!

Hi! I just wanted to say I have run into the same issue, and am also unsure of what to do about it.

Worth noting, I've found installing the latest version of insightface sidesteps the AttributeError, but tosses up the error discussed here instead https://github.com/neuralchen/SimSwap/issues/139 and as such isn't a viable solution :(
