I have a tutorial-installed pretrained model of SimSwap, it generates ugly outputs like demonstrated below, source and target photo are also pinned with issue. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or maybe I need additionally train the model by myself?

Examples of input and output:

Config used:

Intel Core I5-8300H
8 GB of RAM

I have the same problem. The effect is really strange when the picture is changed, but the effect is still OK when the video is changed.
