* 🐛 Add missing order by clause to snapshot query

This fixes the incorrect snapshot visibility when file
has a lot of versions.

* ⚡ Reduce allocation on milestone-group* component

* 🐛 Fix milestone group timestamp formatting

* 📎 Update changelog

* 🐛 Fix scroll on history panel
