Describe the bug
LDSR does not appear in upscalers list

To Reproduce
Just go to post processing and check the list of upscalers

Expected behavior
LDSR should be present in the list

LDSR has been removed from automatic1111 and forge due to some security issues also because it's no longer being maintained by it's maintainer.
