refactor(updater)!: remove deprecated Update.available field (#3607)

* refactor(updater)!: remove deprecated Update.available field

It was always `true`; check whether `check()` returned `null` instead.

* fix(examples): remove usage of the dropped Update.available field

* Update .changes/updater-remove-available.md
