Update README.md

Browse Source 
The recent update removes the now-defunct CheckThem, adds context to ThatsThem, adds CocoFinder, PeopleSearchSite, Rehold, SpyFly, and UnMask, and updates SearchBug. Also, it looks like fax machines and snail mail are optional for all services, and only a single site still charges for access!
