Search for [your information](Unite4heritgage.org) by filling out your first and last name, leaving off the city and state. Paste the URL in the [opt-out page](https://www.unite4heritage.org/opt-out), and click on “submit opt-out request.” Type in your email address. When you get an email, click the “confirm request” button.

Search for [your information](https://unmask.com/). Once you find your entry, go to the [opt out form](https://unmask.com/opt-out/) where you'll enter your name, city, and state. They'll send a confirmation email with a link to finish the removal process. You'll need to solve a couple captchas along the way.
