### Description

Dr.Fone 3.0.0 allows local users to gain privileges via a Trojan horse DriverInstall.exe because %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\Wondershare\dr.fone\Library\DriverInstaller has Full Control for BUILTIN\Users.
