Status panel uses container width to decide whether progress fits alongside cards; avoid viewport-only decisions when dashboard sits beside a right column. Keep existing colors, semantics, event handlers and translations. Sidebar labels wrap with stable nonshrinking icons; collapsed rules continue hiding labels.
