fix(web): hide pentests view when opening run, scroll to top, recon-driven agent selection

- attachLiveJob now hides ALL views (including pentestsView) before
  showing liveView, fixing the detail appearing below the pentests list
- Scroll to top on all view transitions (detail, live, fallback)
- When all agents are selected, treat as none selected so recon decides
  which agents to run instead of pinning all 300+ agents
