localization: add Indonesian (id) translation

Browse Source 
- Add src/Localization/Resources/id.lproj/Localizable.strings with
  full Indonesian translation covering all 2680 keys
- Update README.md to list Indonesian in the Localization section
- Add translator credit to the Credits section
