internals: update for macOS 13.4 Ventura

Makefile: scan Xcode templates for extensions
extension definitions and their extension point names appear in Xcode project templates • scan all of Xcode’s Developer directory, not just selected subdirs • extract plist part regarding extensions from TemplateInfo.plist files • check for macOS and iOS extension keys
