fix(lesson-quiz): align memory quiz answers with the concatenation model (#164)

Lesson 02 bank contradicted 02-memory/README.md in three places:
- Q1 framed memory as a strict 7-level override hierarchy; CLAUDE.md files
  are concatenated into context, not overriding each other.
- Q3 answered @path import max depth as 5; docs say four hops.
- Q9 taught that higher tiers always take precedence; load order sets
  position in context, not precedence. Managed Policy is the only special
  case: it loads first and cannot be excluded.
