Everything but Vector tiles:
Splash screens and icons working right on both platforms
Search function available through a button
Stop adjusting UX depending on keyboard
Stop overlapping OS nav controls bar on android
Improve attribution (truncation, tap to view)
Add configurable max zoom to tile types
Remove tile providers whose terms we were possibly breaking
Navigation/routing UX, hidden behind dev mode - not in release yet
