fix(pos): use packed_items snapshot for bundle reservations

Replaced live Product Bundle queries with `Packed Item` table
lookups to ensure historical reservation accuracy.
Addresses bundle qty underestimation and avoids errors when
bundle definitions change after sale.

Inspired by approach from @diptanilsaha in #49106.
