test: copy lib/result-codes-browse.ts into the fixtures that copy the result-code modules

lib/result-codes.ts imports ./result-codes-browse, so fixtures with an explicit
lib list failed with 'Cannot find module'. pr-dependencies lists it with the other
reason-code modules as selection data. GSTA-227
