test: context-skills E2E routes with the shipped ## Skill routing section (W7b routing fixture)

Replaces the shouted 'ALWAYS invoke it … FIRST action' fixture and its
hand-written context-save/restore rules with the section gstack appends to
CLAUDE.md, which already routes save/resume to those skills.
